VisibilityPilot · HR-APP-0007

Your expertise in. Search-visible, source-checked answers out.

VisibilityPilot takes one search-visibility topic end to end for established businesses: your site and knowledge base are crawled and grounded, real buyer and AI-answer questions are mined, and a draft is written only from your own sourced material. Every claim passes a provenance and fact-check gate before a named human approves it — an unsourced claim can never publish — and only then does it go live on WordPress.

$2,500 fixed VisibilityPilot Pilot — one visibility topic end to end: crawl and KB grounding, question mining, sourced draft, provenance gate, approval queue, and WordPress publish, in about 10 business days. You approve every draft from your phone; nothing publishes without your explicit human approval.
Then $299/mo per workspace. Cancel anytime.

1. Crawl & knowledge baseYour site and KB are crawled into a grounded KB (mock crawl and a mock KB in this demo; your real site and KB at pilot).
2. Question miningReal buyer and AI-answer questions about your firm are mined for one topic (mock question mining in this demo).
3. Sourced draftAn answer draft is written only from your own KB material, each claim tied to its source (mock RAG in this demo).
4. Provenance gateEvery claim is checked for a source (mock fact-check in this demo); unsourced or incomplete drafts are blocked by name.
5. Approval & publishA named approver reviews claims and sources, then the approved draft publishes to WordPress (mock WordPress in this demo).

SAMPLE DATA The firms, topics, and claims below are sample data, honestly labelled, so you can see the whole journey end to end. The crawl is a mock crawl adapter feeding a mock KB, drafting is a mock RAG adapter, checking is a mock fact-check adapter, and publishing is a mock WordPress adapter — no real crawl, draft, or publish happens, and no data leaves this page.

Publishing rules

Required fields (title, search query, draft claims) must be present, and every claim must carry a source from your knowledge base. A title + search query pair can never enter twice. Unsourced, incomplete, or duplicate drafts are blocked by name — the failing claim or field is stated, never worked around. A named human approves every draft; the audit trail shows who approved what, and when.

Support & legal

Support: pilot teams get email support and a shared issue log; the KB and provenance rules are reviewed with you weekly during the pilot. VisibilityPilot prepares sourced drafts for human approval — it does not provide legal, medical, or marketing advice, does not guarantee search ranking, AI-answer placement, or traffic, and does not replace your professional judgment; a named approver remains responsible for every published claim. This demo stores data only in your browser; pilot deployments add real accounts, encrypted credentials, server-side tenant separation, and your site/KB and WordPress access under your credentials before any real topic is published. Sample data is fictional. Billing is not connected.

Next step: run the demo, then request a pilot via the contact step on this page — we confirm scope, topic, and price before any charge.
